Description

INSULA PUR-6040 Aliphatic Pure Polyurea is an advanced aliphatic polyurea system designed for topcoat applications requiring 100% color stability. This 100% solid, fast-curing, two-component system is UV light resistant, ensuring excellent performance even under continuous sunlight exposure. It is formulated to maintain high color integrity and prevent discoloration. While it can be applied directly to most surfaces, it is also a durable top layer over epoxy, polyurethane, and polyurea coatings. Once cured, it forms a tough, abrasion-resistant coating with high tensile strength. It is suitable for concrete, metal, wood, ceramic, and PU foam surfaces and can be applied in various thicknesses. The application requires high-pressure, heated, plural-component spray equipment.
